希拉蕊是在新罕布夏的一場慶祝美國國慶的活動中，做了這項表示。

伊朗和聯合國五常加一集團(P5+1)的會談期限已展延到本月7日，內容較著重於伊朗未來的核子計畫研發能力，不過也各國不排除要求伊朗讓原能總署參觀軍方的核子設施。
